Evaporated milk

1 x 400g

Vanilla Nutrament

2 x 300 ml

Bottles of Stout

1 teaspoon

Vanilla essence

150ml (5 fl oz)

Light brown rum (optional)

 

Brown sugar to taste

 

Freshly grated nutmeg

Place all the ingredients, except the stout and grated nutmeg in a large jug and mix well.

Add the stout and grated nut meg and stir briskly.

Serve in tall glasses over ice
